1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AuraMedix's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

AuraMedix provides medical billing services including:

  • Claims submission and processing
  • Insurance verification
  • Denial management
  • Revenue cycle management
  • Credentialing services
  • Patient billing support

3. HIPAA Compliance

As a Business Associate under HIPAA, we:

  • Maintain HIPAA compliance in all operations
  • Execute Business Associate Agreements with clients
  • Implement required security measures
  • Provide regular compliance training to staff
  • Maintain audit trails and access logs

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Maintain appropriate security measures
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Pay for services as agreed
  • Notify us of any changes affecting billing

5. Service Level Agreement

We commit to:

  • Submit claims within 24-48 hours of receipt
  • Respond to inquiries within one business day
  • Maintain 95% or higher clean claims rate
  • Provide monthly performance reports
  • Regular account reviews

6. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on:

  • Percentage of collections
  • Monthly minimum fees where applicable
  • Additional services as contracted
  • Payment terms as specified in service agreement

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • With 30 days written notice
  • Immediately for material breach
  • As specified in service agreement

8. Data Handling

Upon termination:

  • Data will be returned in standard format
  • PHI will be handled per HIPAA requirements
  • Transition assistance available if needed

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages only
  • Maximum of fees paid in previous 12 months
  • Excludes indirect or consequential damages

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms:

  • With 30 days notice to clients
  • Posted on our website
  • Continued use implies acceptance
